Keep old cases out of today's numbers
After a year or two, a project's dashboards start to describe history rather than the present: hundreds of long-approved cases dominate TOTAL CASES, and the METRICS charts flatten. Archive Data lets a manager draw a line by date: cases older than the line drop out of the dashboards and metrics, so the numbers describe current work again.
Archiving hides, it does not delete. Archived cases keep their full review history, still appear in Data Views and exports, and can be opened from any site dashboard by searching for the case ID or form name.
