Build a form

Select Forms in the top menu, then Create New. Zite asks how you want to build:

• Build from scratch - use Zite's form builder with ready-made question types. This guide follows that path.

• Upload form - if your team already builds XLSForms (the ODK spreadsheet standard), upload the file instead.
