Bulk Uploading & Updating Sites

Creating or updating many sites at a time is relatively easy. Using the Bulk Site Upload you can create or update any number of sites in your project, update site profiles, restructure your sites into new sub-sites, or group them under different regions using this feature.

Notes about the template:

• Each row represents a site or sub-site in your project.

• Zite identifies the site by the site identifier. The identifier cannot have spaces, special characters like forward slashes and is case-sensitive.

• To add a site, write a new identifier in the template and include the other information related to the site. To edit a site, include an existing site identifier and all relevant information that you would like to edit.

• Null values will erase or remove information from the site.

• To edit the Site Type, you should use the type identifier and not the type name (or label).

• To add the site under a specific region, list the region identifier in the region_identifier column.

• To make the site a sub-site, list the site identifier of that site in the parent_site_identifier column.

Keep in mind that while you can create many sites with this feature, there is currently no way to delete multiple sites easily.
