Flag what matters before anyone reads it
Every submission starts with the form's default status - usually Pending. A Change Case Status workflow overrides that for submissions that match a rule: mark urgent reports Flagged so they jump out in every list, or set routine ones straight to Approved so reviewers never see them.
In this guide we build Flag urgent feedback for review: any Community Feedback Intake submission where Is this urgent? is Yes becomes Flagged, and a task asks a reviewer to check it.
Open Project Settings, expand FORMS, choose Site Forms and select Add (or the N workflows link, then CREATE NEW) in the form's Workflows column.
