Choice lists from a file

Typing options by hand works fine for a handful of choices. But some lists are long, change over time, or are maintained outside Zite - an approved equipment catalog, a list of villages, a staff register. For those, upload the list as a CSV file once and let questions pull their choices from it. Updating the list later means replacing one file, not editing every question.

Two question types use these lists: Select One from File and Select Many from File.
