Contact List View
The Contact List View page of your project settings allows you to customize how your site contacts appear in the Site Dashboard. Here you can also enable or disabled the Site Contacts feature if you want to turn it on or off. Information not selected can still be viewed individually or exported through the reporting feature.
View Settings & Order
The fields on the left are the fields associated with your contacts. These are configured on the Contact Information page of your Site Contact settings. The view order and settings allow you to configure up to five fields to appear in the summary table on the Contacts tab of Site Dashboards. We recommend selecting fields that help orient and find the contacts you might need most. For example,
Contact Type - Allows users to find the relevant type of contact they are looking for among all the contacts at the site.
Organization - Allows users to find the relevant organization or institution affiliated with contacts.
Status - Allows users to quickly see which contacts are still active or inactive at the site.
