Custom Views

Custom Views are a way you can customize how your site dashboard is organized. The default view for the site dashboard will show all cases, unfiltered in the site dashboard view. With custom views, you can create additional "views" that act as inboxes for different categories of cases. After you create a custom a view, it will be immediately visible for review on your site dashboards. On this page you can add a view to a particular project with any combination of the following filters:

  • Submitted Date

  • Status

  • Tags

  • Forms

  • Roles

Custom Views can be helpful if you have multiple staff with different tasks or responsability over different sets or categories of cases. For example if you have two different processes or forms related to a project, you can create two "Views" that filter data according to each process respectively.
