Two ways to get a PDF
A PDF of a case is useful when the record has to leave Zite — attached to an email, printed for a file, shared with a partner who has no login. The case header offers two buttons:
Download Submission — an instant PDF of the filled-in form, laid out like the form itself.
Download pdf (Beta) — a PDF built from a template your project defines, so you can control what appears and how.
Both are available to reviewers as well as managers.
