Fill in and send a form

1. On Home, tap the site you are reporting on - Boane Community Centre.

2. Under Forms, tap the General card. You see every general form assigned to you for this site.

3. Tap ⓘ beside a form to check its Form Detail (name, form id, when it was last updated, and the description the manager wrote).

4. Tap the green ➤ to start filling it in.

Only forms that have been assigned to your role and synced to the phone appear here. If a form is missing, sync first (Work offline and sync) and, if it is still missing, ask a manager to check the form's assignment.
