Keep sensitive cases to the people who need them
Protection reports, complaints about staff, medical details - some submissions should be seen by a small circle only. A Hide workflow removes matching submissions from the view of the roles or users you choose, while everyone else in the project continues to work normally. Managers and the people you don't hide from still see the case.
In this guide we build Hide protection concerns from editors: any Community Feedback Intake submission whose Feedback category is Protection concern is hidden from users with the Editor role.
Open Project Settings, expand FORMS, choose Site Forms and select Add (or the N workflows link, then CREATE NEW) in the form's Workflows column.
