Open History
Every bulk upload and every export leaves a row in History. It is where you confirm a job went through, find out why rows failed, and get your files back. Check it after every upload - a Successful result box means the file was processed, and History tells you row by row what happened.
Project Settings → BULK UPLOAD AND UPDATE → History.
Jobs are grouped by date, newest first. Each row shows the file name (with a short code Zite adds so files never clash), the kind of job - Site Upload, Region Upload, Submission Upload, Edit Submission, Review Submission, Site Download - who ran it, and a status badge on the right. The search box at the top finds a file by name.
