What History keeps
Every bulk upload and every export you run leaves a trace. Zite keeps that trace in History: one row per job, with the file you sent, what kind of job it was, who ran it and how it ended.
History answers three questions. Did it work? — the status badge on each row tells you whether every row of the file was processed, only some of them, or none. What went wrong? — when rows fail, History gives you the same file back with a note against each row explaining why, so you know exactly what to fix. Where is my file? — the uploads you sent and the exports you requested can all be downloaded again from here, which also makes History a record of what was loaded into the project and when.
Make it a habit to check History after every upload. A Successful result box means the file was processed; History is where you see, row by row, what happened to it.
