Choose how the form is laid out
By default a Zite form shows all its questions on one scrolling page. The Layout setting changes how the form is presented when it's filled in on the web:
In the form builder, open LAYOUT & SETTINGS.
Under Layout, open the theme dropdown and pick one:
Default theme - everything on one page.
Pages (one question per screen) - one question at a time; good for guided, step-by-step entry.
Grid Theme and Grid Theme (no text transform) - a compact grid that fits more on screen; suits dense checklists and printing.
Pages + Grid Theme - both combined.
