How map views work

A map view is a saved arrangement of the project map: which layers are shown, which sites are filtered in, how the markers are colored and sized, and which background map is used. Views belong to the project and are shared — once you save one, everyone who opens the MAP tab can pick it from the view list.

Creating a view always follows the same path: open the view list and choose New View (or open an existing view to change it), set the layers, filters and visualization the way you want them, then select Save View and give it a name. The following pages take the settings one at a time.
