Pick more than one form
Start as usual: DATA → CREATE NEW → Case → Define Settings. Give the view a title and description, then select Form to open Choose Form.
Tick every form you want in the view - here Site Survey Report and Commissioning Test Report - and select SAVE. The Form field now lists both. Select Next.
Site, Project and User views can also be built on several forms; the steps are the same.
