When one form is not enough

Most data views follow one form. But a site's story often runs across several: a survey first, an installation check later, a commissioning test at the end. Reading them in three separate views means three tabs and a lot of scrolling.

A data view can follow two or more forms at once. Choose them in Define Settings and the view lists the cases of all of them in one table, with a set of columns for each form. The example, Survey to commissioning, brings the Site Survey Report and the Commissioning Test Report together so a school's survey and its commissioning result can be read in one place.

Case, Site, Project and User views can all be built on several forms. The steps are the same as for a single form — only Choose Form and the Form Information module look different.
