A standard explanation for a decision

A REASON is a short, fixed explanation attached to a review — Duplicate report, Incomplete Information, Resolved. Where a comment is free text that only a reader can interpret, a reason comes from a list your project controls, so you can count how often cases are rejected as duplicates or approved as resolved.

Every project starts with five reasons: Can't Resolve, Incomplete Information, No Reason, Pending and Resolved. Managers can rename, remove or add to them.
