Some submissions need a specialist: a protection concern should go straight to the safeguarding focal point, a structural defect to the engineer. A Refer workflow spots those submissions as they arrive and creates a review task for the right role or person - with an email if you want one - so nothing waits for a manager to notice it.
In this guide we build Refer protection concerns to the focal reviewer: any Community Feedback Intake submission whose Feedback category is Protection concern is referred to the Focal Reviewer for Protection and Safeguarding, due within three days.
Open Project Settings (gear on the project dashboard), expand FORMS, choose Site Forms and select Add (or the N workflows link, then CREATE NEW) in the form's Workflows column.
