Review Submissions
Reviewing submissions allows you to make changes to the status, add a comment, or change the reason related to any case. If you leave any of the columns blank, there will be no related changes. There are four columns in the template:
Case_Id - The case ID of the case you want to change.
Reason - The exact value of the reason. You can assign reason values that are not normally on your choice list through this feature.
Comment - The text of the comment that you want to add to the case.
Change_to - Allows you to change the status of a case. The values are numerical (0-4) and shown below.
What are the different status values?

Example
The table below will change the case to "Responded" and add the comment "Work will be completed by October 25th" to the submission. The reason will not be changed or added.
