Who can see a table, and who can add to it
Each data table has its own permissions, so a table of partner activities can be open to the whole team while a distribution list stays with a few people.
For each project role, two switches decide what people with that role can do:
VIEW — they see the table's tab on the dashboards and can read its entries and charts.
ADD DATA — they can also add entries and update the ones they see.
What anyone sees is limited by their scope: someone whose role covers three sites sees, and adds to, only those three sites' entries.
