A dashboard for each table
A table full of entries answers detailed questions; analytics answer the big ones at a glance — how many activities were reported, how many people were reached, which partners are doing the most.
Each data table can have its own small dashboard, its Analytics view, made of two kinds of element:
Stat cards — one number each, in a row across the top. A table can have up to four.
Charts — bar or pie charts that break a number down by a category. A table can have as many as you need.
You set them up once, as a manager. Everyone who can view the table sees them on the Project dashboard, always calculated from the latest entries.
