Who needs a view shared, and why
Managers on a project see every data view automatically — there is nothing to share between managers. Sharing is for everyone else: reviewers, editors, field staff and partner users, who otherwise see nothing under the DATA tab.
Sharing hands a colleague a live table without giving them the wizard. A reviewer gets the quality-check log to work through; a field coordinator gets the site list; a partner gets the beneficiary register for their area. They can read it, filter it for themselves and export it, but not change, sync, share or delete it.
Sharing is per person, not per role. To give every reviewer a view, tick each reviewer.
