What site information is

Every site in Zite has a profile — the details shown at the top of its dashboard and in your lists, filters and exports. Site Information is where you decide what that profile contains. It has three parts:

  • Default fields — the built-in details every site can have: ID, name, region, type, status, address, phone number and description. You choose which of the optional ones appear, and whether they're required.

  • Other fields — where a site's profile picture, location and progress come from: entered by hand, or drawn from the forms your team submits.

  • Custom fields — your own fields for whatever else your project needs to know about a site, such as Roof type, Panel count or Planned handover date.

Together these make each site easy to identify and keep your lists and dashboards meaningful. Open Project Settings and select Sites → Site Information to get started — then read on from the top, or use the buttons below to jump straight to the part you need.
