Site List

When you navigate to the Site List page, you'll see a complete list of all your sites in the project. This page displays basic information about each site, such as:

• Site Name

• Region

• Site Type

• Site Status

This overview makes it easy to get a quick glance at the sites and their key details.

To add a new site to the project:

1. Click the "Add Site" button at the top of the Site List page.

2. You will be directed to the site creation form where you can enter all the relevant details, including:

   • Site Name

   • Site Identifier

   • Site Type

   • Site Region

   • Site Status

3. After filling out the necessary information, click Save to add the site to the list.

To edit or delete a site:

1. Find the site you want to edit or delete from the list.

2. Click the three dots (...) next to the site name to open the action menu.

3. From here, you can:

   • Edit the site details, including name, region, type, and other information.

   • Delete the site if it is no longer needed. Be cautious when deleting, as this action may be permanent.

To assign a region or type to multiple sites at once, follow these steps:

1. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the Site List page.

2. From the dropdown menu, select "Select Sites".

3. A selection box will appear next to each site. Select the sites you want to assign a region or type to by checking the boxes next to their names.

4. After selecting the sites, click the three dots again and choose "Assign Region" or "Assign Type".

5. In the pop-up, select the region or type you want to assign to the selected sites.

6. Click Assign to apply the region/type to those sites.

The selected sites will now have the assigned region or type.

For larger projects, you can also use the Bulk Upload and Bulk Update features to manage many sites at once:

• The Bulk Upload feature allows you to upload a CSV file containing multiple site details at once.

• The Bulk Update feature lets you modify multiple sites simultaneously, such as changing the site status or updating a custom field for many sites at once.
