Site Status

Site Status is used to indicate that status of the site. Site Status is useful if you no longer work at a site and want to prevent users from accidentally adding information there without having to delete the site and lose the associated data. Other uses might include:

  • Marking sites as completed when you have finished work at the site.

  • Showing the status of a facility or service.

  • Indicating the level of occupancy, damage, or other general information about building or infrastructure.

All sites are marked as active by default. You can add or edit the different statuses for sites in your project. Additionally, you can:

  • Edit the status names

  • Designate the colour,

  • Choose whether sites with this status will appear on the mobile application as part of the site list.

  • Choose whether users can add information to the site.

The status of a site can be changed through the bulk upload feature or on the edit site page at any time by users with the correct level of access.
