Put the key answers at the top of every case
A long form makes a long case. When a reviewer opens a submission they usually want two or three answers first – who did the work, what they found, the one number that matters – and the rest only if something looks wrong.
Summary Fields are the questions you pick out for that job. Once a form has summary fields, every submission of that form opens with a CASE SUMMARY block above the full answers, showing just those questions and their values. In School Rooftop Solar the Site Survey Report summarizes Surveyor name, Roof type and Usable roof area – enough to judge a survey at a glance.
Summary fields change only what reviewers see first. The full submission is still there underneath, and nothing about the form or its data changes.
