Tags are short labels reviewers put on cases - Safety, Rework Needed, Urgent - so themes stand out and can be filtered later. The project keeps one shared tag list, which keeps everyone using the same words: you define the list here, reviewers apply the tags during case review, and workflows can add them automatically.
