Tags

Tags are added to cases in Zite to help the user navigate, filter, and explore their data in Site Dashboard and in the mobile application. Tags can be added manually to cases on the case review page or they can automatically added to a case through the "Tag" Workflow when criteria are met. To set-up automatic tagging, please review the workflow section of this guidance for more information. This section provides an overview of existing tags in your project, allowing you to add and delete tags from cases.

Reasons

The reason field is the field called "Reason" that is found on the case review page. The reason field is used to indicate something about the status of a ticket, such as whether it was approved or successfully resolved. You can add any number of options to this field through this section simply by clicking "Add Reason" and typing in how you want the reason to appear. You can also edit and delete existing reasons that have been added to your project.
