Upload and update regions in bulk

Regions are the geography your sites hang off - province, municipality, ward. Typing a whole administrative hierarchy by hand is slow; a spreadsheet does it in one upload, boundaries included. New to regions? See Regions.

1. On the project dashboard select the gear → Project Settings.

2. Expand BULK UPLOAD AND UPDATE and select Regions.

The REGIONS page has the usual UPLOAD and TEMPLATE tabs, and a Download Regions button that exports the regions you already have - handy as a starting point when you only want to add a level or rename a few.
