Four dashboards, one hierarchy
Everything that happens in Zite — a form submitted from a school roof, a case approved by a reviewer, a task closed — lands on a dashboard. Dashboards are the pages you use to see what is going on and to move between the places where work happens.
Zite mirrors how field programs are organized. A team owns one or more projects; each project contains sites; and every user has a dashboard of their own. Each level has its dashboard:
Team dashboard — all of the team's projects on one page. Mostly used to move between projects.
Project dashboard — one project: its cases, sites, forms, map, metrics and tasks. The page managers and reviewers live on.
Site dashboard — one site: what has been submitted there, its progress, photos, documents and sub-sites. Used by everyone, including field staff.
My Dashboard — your own work and your role: your tasks, submissions, reviews and the sites you can see.
