The people you need to reach at a site
A site contact is a person attached to a site: the community leader who can call a meeting, the nurse in charge of the health post, the head teacher who unlocks the school gate. Contacts give everyone working on a site the same, up-to-date list of who to talk to, instead of phone numbers scattered across notebooks and chat groups.
Contacts live on the site itself. Open any site and the CONTACTS tab lists the people for that site, with their phone number, status and email. In Community Input Mechanism, Boane Community Centre has two contacts: Amélia Machava, a Community Leader, and Paulo Nhantumbo, a Health Worker.
Contacts are people who help you run the site. People who receive services from it are recorded separately, as beneficiaries – see What are beneficiaries?
