One submission, one case
Every time someone fills in a form for a site — a field officer on the phone, a manager on the web, or a community member through a QR code — Zite creates a case. A case is that one submission plus everything that happens to it afterwards: who looked at it, what they decided, what tasks it created and whether the answers were ever corrected.
Cases always belong to a site. Open Boane Community Centre in Community Input Mechanism and the CASES tab on its dashboard lists each one with the form it came from, its Case ID, who submitted it, the date, any tags and its current Status. Three feedback reports at the center are three cases.
