Your data, arranged your way

Dashboards show you what Zite thinks is important. A Data View shows you what you think is important. You pick the kind of row (a case, a site, a user…), tick the fields that should become columns, rename and reorder them, and set filters. From then on the view stays current - open it tomorrow and the new submissions are already there.

Data Views live on the project dashboard under the DATA tab. The list shows every view in the project with its Name, Type, ID, Sync Frequency, Last Synced Date and Created By. From here you can:

  • open a view by selecting its name,

  • narrow the list with Filters (by Data View Type or Sync Frequency) or the Search box,

  • start a new one with CREATE NEW,

  • and use the row menu to Edit, Share, Duplicate, Delete or Add to Quick View.

In the demo project the list holds nine views - a quality-check log, a school site list, a task list, a team roster and more.
