What is a project?

In Zite, a project is where the work happens. It's the structure that holds your processes, tracks progress, and keeps tasks moving. You can organize your work into as many projects as you need — one large response or a series of smaller initiatives — so Zite fits the way your team actually works. The project is at the heart of your day-to-day in Zite.

One project or several? Give a stream of work its own project when it needs its own forms, reports, workflows and people — for example two programmes reported to different ministries. Work that shares the same sites, forms and team usually belongs in one project.
