Track every site through the same stages
Most field projects deliver the same thing at many places: a solar system on every school roof, a latrine block in every village, a shelter for every household. A Project Plan lets you write that sequence of work down once, as a list of stages, and Zite then tracks every site in the project against it.
In School Rooftop Solar the plan runs Site Survey → Structural Assessment → Installation → Commissioning → Handover. Each school moves through the same five stages, so a manager can see at a glance which schools are still being surveyed, which are mid-installation and which are finished, without opening a single form.
The plan belongs to the project and applies to all of its sites. You build it once in the project's settings; field staff and reviewers then complete the stages site by site.
