Most of Zite is built for one record at a time — one site, one form, one review. Bulk Upload & Update is for the moments when you have a list: the 40 schools from a planning sheet, last season's survey results in Excel, a batch of cases that all need the same decision.
Instead of typing each one in, you put the list in a spreadsheet and upload it. Zite creates or updates the records for you and tells you, row by row, which ones went through.
