One place for spreadsheet-sized jobs
Most of Zite is built for one record at a time - one site, one form, one review. Bulk Upload & Update is for the moments when you have a list: the 40 schools from a planning sheet, last season's survey results in Excel, a batch of cases that all need the same decision.
Open the project dashboard, select the gear and choose Project Settings, then expand BULK UPLOAD AND UPDATE in the left menu. It holds seven tools and a log:
Sites and Regions - create or update your site list and the region hierarchy.
Import Submissions - add form submissions from a spreadsheet, as if they had been submitted on the phone.
Edit Submissions - change answers on many existing cases.
Review Submissions - set the status, comment and reason on many cases.
Contacts and Beneficiaries - load people lists (covered in Import a list of contacts or beneficiaries).
History - every upload and export, with its result.
You need to be a Manager on the project to see the menu.
