Contact
What a row is. One person in the project's Contact List. Key columns: Contact ID, Contact Name, Site ID, Site Name.
When you would use it. For a shareable, exportable directory: a phone list of community leaders per site, all contacts of one organization, contacts whose status is about to expire.
Data modules. Contact Information (contact type, phone, status and status valid until, email, gender, organization, position, WhatsApp, address, notes, photo, linked user, created and updated dates, plus any custom contact fields) · Site Information · Region Information.
Filters. Contact (Contact Type, Organization, Position, Status) · Site (Sites, Site Types, Organization) · User (Users) · Region (Regions).
Example. Community contact directory — the project's contacts with their site and phone number.
