Site

What a row is. One site. Key columns: Site ID, Site Name.

When you would use it. When you want one line per place rather than one per submission: which schools have been surveyed and when, how many panels each has, which sites still lack a grid connection, how many submissions each site has by review status. Because many submissions feed one row, each form question is shown as a variant — the most recent value, the most common one, or a count per answer (see Choose the data and columns).

Data modules. Form Metrics (Status of Most Recent Submission, Number of Submissions, Submissions Reviewed, Number of Site Visits, Active Users, Active Users by Role, per-form metrics, a QR link for new submissions) · Site Information (name, parent site, subsites, progress, type, status, location, address, picture…) · Region Information · Form Information (the questions, with variants) · Task Metrics.

Filters. SITE (Sites, Site Types, Site Status, Organization) · REGION (Regions) · FORM INFORMATION (Forms, ⊕ question filters).

Example. School site list — one row per school with its type, status, ward, latest roof type, grid-connection answers counted across all surveys, and open tasks.
