Region
What a row is. One region. Key columns: Region ID, Region Name.
When you would use it. To see how sites spread across the region hierarchy — provinces, districts, wards — and how many sites each level holds.
Data modules. Region Information (Region ID, Region Name — shown as the full name or just its first, second or third level — Location, Number of Sites).
Filters. Region (Regions) · Sites (Sites, Site Types, Site Status).
Example. Sites by ward — each ward with its full region name and site count.
